I Am Generess Terms & Conditions
The I Am Generess program (“Program”) is a voluntary program administered by Watson Pharma, Inc. To participate, individuals must register for the Program. Registration in the Program is open to all United States residents age 16 and above. Individuals do not need to be taking Generess® Fe (norethindrone and ethinyl estradiol chewable tablets and ferrous fumarate chewable tablets) oral contraceptive to participate. Participation in the Program is void where prohibited by law.
As part of the Program, registered Program individuals may earn Program coins. Watson Pharma, Inc., will donate ten cents (0.10¢) to a participating Program charity for every valid coin earned and donated by a registered Program individual, up to a maximum amount as outlined below.
Generess Fe Prescription
Individuals who are prescribed and fill a Generess Fe prescription and who register for the Program are eligible to earn up to fifty (50) Program coins per filled prescription. This individual can donate up to five dollars ($5.00) to a Program participating charity or charities each time a Generess Fe prescription is filled. Individuals who are prescribed and fill a Generess Fe (norethindrone and ethinyl estradiol chewable tablets and ferrous fumarate chewable tablets) prescription may earn up to 600 coins per individual per 12-month calendar period.
Registered Program individuals may participate in various online activities to earn additional coins. These activities may be accessed and completed on www.iamgeneress.com, or through the I Am Generess iPhone and Facebook apps. Watson Pharma, Inc., will donate up to a total of $50,000 to the designated Program charities for completed online activities completed on www.iamgeneress.com, or through the I Am Generess iPhone or Facebook apps.
Coins have no cash or other redemptive value unless donated through the Program. All coins earned must be donated by registered Program individuals within six (6) months of earning. Registered Program individuals who earn the maximum amount of coins permitted in any 12-month calendar period, but allow their coins to expire are not eligible to earn additional coins in the same 12-month calendar period.
Program Changes and/or Termination
Watson Pharma, Inc., reserves the right to close your Program account at any time. Watson Pharma, Inc., reserves the right to make changes to or terminate the Program (or any Program app), at any time, without notice, including, changing the terms and conditions hereof, the participating Program charities and coin value and limits.

Patient Savings Card
This offer is valid only for patients with commercial prescription drug insurance and applies to prescriptions for Generess Fe. Most eligible insured patients will pay the first $25 and receive a benefit of up to $40 per 28-day supply, for up to 12 prescription fills. Patient out-of-pocket expense may vary. Important Safety Information
GENERESS FE is an estrogen/progestin COC indicated for use by women to prevent pregnancy.
You should not use GENERESS FE if you are over 35 and smoke as it increases the risk of having serious heart-related events. You should not use GENERESS FE if you are at high risk of blood clots, if you have abnormal uterine bleeding, breast or liver cancer, liver disease, high blood pressure, or uncontrolled high blood cholesterol. Treatment with GENERESS FE should be stopped if you have a blood clot, and at least 4 weeks before and through 2 weeks after major surgery. You should not take GENERESS FE any earlier than 4 weeks after having a baby and should not take GENERESS FE if you are breastfeeding. If you experience yellowing of the skin due to problems with your liver, you should stop taking GENERESS FE. If you are pre-diabetic or diabetic, your doctor should monitor you while using GENERESS FE, and should evaluate you if you have any significant change in headaches or irregular menstrual bleeding. The most common adverse events associated with the use of GENERESS FE included nausea/vomiting, headaches/migraine, depression/mood complaints, pain with menstrual bleeding, acne, increased weight, breast pain/tenderness and anxiety. GENERESS FE will not protect against HIV infection (AIDS) or other sexually transmitted diseases.
